over with 200 pages

I have now finished 200 pages of this book. It hasnt been extremely exciting or packed with much action but its not too bad. It just continues on with the life of Dr. Henry David, Paul( his healthy son), and Norah. While also continuing on about Phoebe(Dr. Henry David's daughter with downe syndrome) and Caroline (the nurse who took Phoebe away to raise herself) which separate lives from Dr Henry David and his family. Although Caroline does write letters to Dr Henry once in awhile and he sends money to her, they dont meet face to face. Paul was on top of a tree branch but fell off. He ended up breaking the two bones in his arm. The ulna and radius. Although Dr. David Henry is pretty sure that his bones will heal, there is a danger that when they are healing, they will fuse together. I am making a prediction that that might just happen. I might be wrong but if it does happen, it'll make the book pretty interesting. Right now, the book is fairly interesting but in my opinion is being dragged out. I will continue reading the book and see what happens.

The Memory Keeper's Daughter

I have finished 100 pages. This book is turning out alright. Pretty interesting but it feels kind of stretched out with details. So far, Dr. David Henry finds out that he has twins, one of whom has downe syndrome. He names the healthy baby boy Paul. He gives the other baby girl with downe syndrome to the nurse to be taken away into another town. She doesn't follow his orders but instead decides to keep the baby girl, named Phoebe for herself to raise. Hopefully the book will get more and more interesting.

The Memory Keeper's Daughter

The Memory Keeper's Daughter is the book that I am currently starting. The author of this book is Kim Edwards. It is about a doctor who delivers his own child. But, he finds out that there is not only one child, but two. The first child that is born turns out to be a healthy baby boy. But, the second child turns out to be a girl with down syndrome. He decides that his wife would be too upset so he gives the baby girl to his nurse for her to bring to another town and give away. She ends up keeping the baby and moving away. I learned that she grew up in New York near the finger lakes. She went to Colgate University. One thing I learned about her that surprised me was that she and her husband traveled to asia for 5 years to teach over there. I think that was pretty interesting. This book has 401 pages so I should finish in 3 weeks or so because I started this a week ago.
