The next book that I am going to read is Prep by Curtis Sittenfeld. I chose to read this book next because it seems like a book that would be suitable for me and would interest me. I have seen many girls carrying around and reading this book so there must be some aspect of the book that girl's out age can easily relate to. Based on what I know so far about this book, I will probably finish this book fairly quickly. It contains 400 pages but im pretty sure it'll be interesting so I'll probably finish it in 3 weeks or so..maybe not.
The author of the book Prep was born in Cincinnati. The high school she went to was Groton high school, a boarding school in Massachusetts. One surprising fact that I learned about her was that she won a Seventeen magazine fictional writing contest. Another surprising fact is that..she's a female but by the name of Curtis, I first thought she was a male.

Good post, i also agree with you, in your decision in choosing Prep. I also saw many people walking around with the book and from what i heard, its a really good book. So, i hope you enjoy it as well!

A bit of advice...when you read Prep, read slowly and pay attention. lol I read it and had some problems. lol I thought Curtis Sittenfeld was a man too...GOOD LUCK!! Let me know what you think!! =]
